Terms and Conditions Guaranteed number of people to be served at least one week prior to event. A 25% deposit required to secure your date minimum $500. ($300 non-refundable but may be applied toward another outing within one year of original date.) Cancellation -- must receive in writing two weeks prior to event. Payment -- to be paid in full at the conclusion of the event. Tax -- a 5% state meals tax will be added to bill. Service Fee-- a service fee of 18% will be added to final bill. Personal Guarantee --For goods and valuable consideration received, the undersigned hereby jointly and severally guarantee to Seawitch Inc. the prompt payment of any and all monies due Seawitch Inc. on account of this contract. Notice of demand and default are hereby waived. The undersigned waive all suretyship defenses and damages in the nature thereof and assent to any and all extensions and postponements of the time of payment and other indulgences and forbearances, which may be granted from time to time by Seawitch Inc.
